1. What are the waterfalls made of? Made from high density poly urea, on the surface a coating designed for underwater use. While the coating is in the curing stage the pigments are applied. The outer coating shell is similar to the pickup truck bedliners with a high density urathane fill in the center.   2. How much do they weigh? 32 Lbs. to 150 Lbs. without water   3. What assembly is required? No assembly required, although some units require pump installation. just add water and plug in. Use rocks to hide the pump to get the desired look. Waterfalls recycle water. The water will eventually evaporate, just add more water.   4. Can they be used for indoor and outdoor use? Yes, you can place them indoors and outdoors. The "real Rock" look finish is designed for all conditions. They are also designed for minimal splashing.   5. Will they crack or freeze? The product designs are made with the correct amount of flexibility and rigidity to handle all climates. Our waterfalls have a 3 year limited warranty.   6. How long does the pump last? Pumps last 3 to 5 years with regular maintenance. Important: Pumps must be completely submerged in water while running. Pumps are warranted for 1 year. Pumps are low energy consumption from 3w to 20w.   7. What kind of maintenance is required? Completely replace water once per month. Take rocks out, empty the water, and soak up the excess water with a sponge. Chemicals are available for algae and hard water prevention.   8. Can you put fish or real plants in the waterfall? Goldfish can be put in the pond, but you must cover the pump with real rock so that it will break up the current, and not tire out the fish. The waterfall however, will require more maintenance. Fish are not recommended for the tabletop waterfalls.   9. Will the product fade? Normal mechanical wear such as algae and hard water stains will determine the look of the waterfall over the years. They take on a more natural look. 10. Can they be punctured? The outer shell can withstand most impacts from sharp to blunt objects.
